PlantScience Philippines proudly joined the National Cacao Congress 2025 as an invited participant and exhibitor, further strengthening its support for innovation, sustainability, and science-driven agricultural development in the Philippines.
Held on October 16–17, 2025, at the Waterfront Hotel, Lahug, Cebu City, the National Cacao Congress 2025 was organized by the Philippine Cacao Industry Association Inc. (PCIA) and the Philippine Cacao Industry Council (PCIC). The event gathered key stakeholders, experts, growers, researchers, and agribusiness leaders for meaningful discussions on improving productivity and profitability in Philippine agriculture.
With the theme, “The Science of Intercropping Coconut with Cacao…PLUS cash crops,” the congress highlighted sustainable and practical farming strategies that can help farmers maximize land use, diversify income sources, and improve long-term farm resilience.
As part of the event, PlantScience Philippines participated with its own booth, where attendees had the opportunity to learn more about the company’s solutions and services that support modern agriculture, plant health, monitoring, and science-based productivity enhancement. The booth also served as a venue for connecting with farmers, industry professionals, and partner organizations who share the same vision of building a smarter and more sustainable agricultural future.
PlantScience Philippines values opportunities like the National Cacao Congress as an important platform for collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and industry engagement. Through events like this, the company continues to contribute to the advancement of Philippine agriculture by promoting innovation, research-backed solutions, and sustainable farm practices.
The National Cacao Congress 2025 was a significant milestone for the cacao and coconut sectors, and PlantScience Philippines is honored to have been part of this important gathering.
