In the early 1980’s Peter Cull commercialized his PhD research (1975 – 78) in soil moisture measurement and irrigation scheduling. Responding to a global market need ICT International was formed to provide Australian scientists, environmental managers, and farmers with monitoring solutions. Today we are a manufacturer and global exporter, exporting to over 55 countries worldwide.
